Macmillan Coffee Morning

I regularly get tasked with producing digital posters for the screens around school to make the students and staff aware of upcoming events within the school. This is something I especially enjoy creating in my role.

This poster is one I designed for the Macmillan Coffee Morning in September. I made sure to incorporate the colours of Macmillian for the background and to include the logo in the top left of the poster, with the time and date in the top right corner for balance of the layout. White text is displayed in the centre of the screen, nice and clear as this is the focal point.

Regarding the decorative elements included, I wanted to focus on the food and drink that would be sold at the event to help entice people in (nothing like a hot drink and cake to do that!) and tried a few different styles of cups here, but landed on this one.
